The location provided easy access to key attractions. I found many restaurants nearby. The metro station was a short walk away, simplifying transportation. The room was spacious, clean, and well kept. I appreciated the availability of a mini-fridge. The television offered English language channels and a safe.
The immediate surroundings of the hotel lacked appeal. I couldn't open the curtains due to the unappealing view.

The location was amazing. it was close to everything (i was really impressed). our room was always clean and spacious. i found the staff friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring. I could easily walk to main attractions, restaurants, and shops. The staff helped with directions. I appreciated the complimentary chocolates and restocked water in my room daily.
My room faced a side street , and there was some noise at night.

Excellent location, a minor hiccup

The location was really central. Shops and restaurants surround the hotel. The metro station is just meters away. I found it easy to reach any part of the city.
The overhead shower didn't work. It wasn't a big problem since there was another showerhead.

Breakfast had many options relative to price. Restaurants open early for tours. Many restaurants nearby open from 9 AM. Breakfast became quite an advantage, especially with our early tours.

The location worked great for me. I walked easily to the Santa Justa Lift and Rue Augusta. Rossio metro stop was super close. My room was clean and very quiet. It had useful equipment. The cocktail bar nearby was a plus too.
The shower door did not close properly. It was a minor inconvenience.

The room was a good size and well maintained I liked that aspect. I also appreciated how clean it was with fresh towels supplied daily along with beautifully made up beds so that was a real perk.

The staff were professional and courteous I must say. Higor at the front desk deserves special recognition too. The reception team consistently offered assistance ensuring smooth check ins or addressing requests promptly that I appreciate.
